I started a business and I feel like I am not with the right people

I would like to have an external opinionI started a garage business with my friends about 1 month ago. We have a great opportunity to make money , we can wash cars, flip cars, do anti rust treatment, tinted windows and do paint restoration. But the problem is I am the only one who have this vision.One of my friends is not implicating himself in the business at all and is always looking for work elsewhere and the other one is not business focused and just want to dit this for fun and at the beginning he was really scared to have me in the project and didn't want me there. Sometimes I even have trouble having access to my work space. I have a monthly payment at the end of the month but I am not on the lease.
