I have a delivery/e-commerce business that I’ve built up to be fairly successful. I have no employees (do everything myself) and the business is open 7 days a week.My day consists of doing all my delivery orders throughout the day and then fulfilling all my online orders at the end.I’ve become very depressed and burnt out. It’s a combination of a nonstop workload and dealing with shitty people all day.Some people are so rude. For example, sometimes I’m busy and can’t deliver to customers right away. Ive had a number of customers badmouth me for this, tell me I provide horrible customer service and that they’re going to take their money elsewhere. I could go on and on but you get the jist of it. Retail really sucks the life out of you after a while.Anyways, I don’t really know what to do. I don’t want to give up on my business but I just feel dead inside and trapped. The labor drains me (packaging, delivering, taking orders etc.), the people drain me, and I feel like I can’t escape from this everyday hell. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
