For example, if you wanted to go from you going to people's house to wash their car (10 a day at $150 profit) to you renting a plot of land, and you detailing the inside and outside of their cars, vinyl wrapping their cars, doing oil changes, tire rotations, ect.(100 a day at $2000 profit) This type of growth from an independent car washer to getting a place to get their cars clean is a tough transition. It would help if you got mentor(s) in the car washing industry that know what you need to do to improve visibility, improve operations, and strategize in phases.A mentor seems like a god send. What other things like getting a team of trusted and highly knowledgeable workers? Getting a few people that are good problem solves/really smart to help look things over?Getting connections with key partners(people that write for local newspaper/online websites, people with rare connections with important people)?
