
Is the idea 'don't reinvent the wheel' the concept here? only innovate the wheel. For instance, if I was to make headphones I'd just look at all the trends, look at what is selling (bluetooth with over 20+hr battery, comfort, high fashion/luxury headphones, different features). With that information I can figure out what new better offer I want to make?The same concept as seeing what the niche, small, and big headphone companies use to promote (social media, forums, ppc, giveaways, reviewers/influencers, headphone online review sites).
