Books about the basics of structuring a business?

As a solopreneur now building a team-based business (with no past corporate experience!) I find myself in a position where I don't really know the best practices for building a functioning team.Procedures/SOPs and Sprints I kind of have down (due to working with many freelancers in the past). But actually setting up the structure of a organisation is something that is new to me.Are there any highly recommended books for learning the basics of business building?
