Started an agency, feeling lost, what to do?

I started an agency and I’m realizing that, though my clients love me and I’ve been relatively successful, I’ve had a tough time staying motivated.I have no problem working on things with a deadline or things that I’m otherwise invested in, but when it comes to building / growing my business I lack motivation.I’m bored, burnt out, and don’t know whether or not I should give up and get a job or if I should continue down this path.To add to that, I don’t feel incredibly fulfilled and I don’t have a mission that differentiates me. I also struggle differentiating against my competitors, especially when I know that so many of them do great work (I’d recommend most of them to clients if my business didn’t exist).What do I do?
