Despite success, I think many of us (myself included) have a tendency to be extra hard on ourselves. For example, I am not naturally born with the habits of success - it doesn't come easy to me to get out of bed at a certain time, work for a certain time, delay gratification etc.At a certain point, when you burn out and spiral out of control, you think - despite your success - am I really made for this?I'm quite sick of this cycle of pushing through the pain, then burnout, then the same thing repeats over and over again.Do you guys actually manage to stick to your "performance habits" in the long term? Is there a preferred way to build habits so that you don't burn out?I wonder if guys like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Elon Musk experience these kinds of questions and self doubt - and if they do - I wonder how they deal with them.I think succeeding in entrepreneurship is a great deal about emotional control - and yet its difficult to always control your emotions. At the end of the day there's 50 billion or so best practices to adhere to, one human only has so much willpower - and it's not like theres a magic willpower meter which you can check on to see if you're "spending" your willpower in a productive way.Is there a framework to approach life with that can increase the chance of success and decrease the chance of burnout? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
