Help Shipping Cheap Products in US

I have a product I’m interested in selling which is about the size of the box an iPhone comes in and weighs around 200 grams. Amazon FBA is reasonably priced, however due to COVID supply for the SKU is limited to 200 units, which is far lower than the MOQ from the supplier.I’ve researched 3PL solutions and so far the cheapest tend to fulfill products of this size for around $5-$7 however I can see people selling the exact same product for $10. The product is around $2 from the supplier, so I’m wondering if there are any shipping solutions which would make this more affordable.I'm not based in the US so I can't ship the items myself.
