I want to leave the tech scene. I need ideas where to go.

I have created a number of Mobile Apps and SaaS products. I live in a small island, with a community of less than 500,000 people.The local culture does not support innovation or tech entrepreneurship, as much as the local government tries to push that direction. People are very old school and do not pay for an app, or pay for a SaaS. On the other hand I do not want to be a service provider - you know, building websites or solving IT problems. I would be better off with a 9-5 job if I wanted to do that.It has taken me two years to realize this.Therefore from an entrepreneurial point of view, I am considering leaving the tech scene completely and do something that the local community really values. Food, tourism, events, fun, fashion etc.I need some concrete ideas that help me make revenue. I do not care about the cool innovative factor at this point.
