In a harsh and unyielding system, how do I become wack enough to please the system?

The system has always been harsh and unyielding to me. When I first began suffering from sporadic hemiplegic migraines at the hands of psychiatry, I learned the hard way that I cannot change the system, and that I need to become more like the system. The system is a non-cooperative equilibrium in which non-cooperation has two parts: one is to comply and to resemble. As Chomsky notes, Corporate America is fundamentally based on conformity and mediocrity. The other is to take anger, to unexpectedly call the police on me, or otherwise to be unkind. Sociopaths and psychopaths believe the myth that the act of non-cooperation is to make representations with dishonesty aforethought or to otherwise break protocol, but I know better because I'm an aspiring work martyr. War is a lie, and peace is a confabulation, so I must be inherently mistrustful and perpetually wary against others' persistent anger and any influence that would encourage me to disobey the war, or to go too deep into police and military projects and its perceived "hero versus villain" version of the world. The system's instrumental or short-term goal is to make people more cynical. It's long-term or ultimate goal is to destroy this world and remake it in the bleak and forcible image of the major investors. I need a job, and in order to do the job, it is necessary to be complicit in these offences. Like the system always was, I too am now wack. However, I am under advice from r/prison, "Do not add to the population. Do not subtract from the population. Do not make the news." Countless advisors have warned me that many of my ideas are straight up unhinged, and that I need to never use any of this, ever. Countless advisers have warned me to be kind. I need help, not in the form of psychiatry like countless advisors claim, but instead in the form of employees to staff a venture.My motivation is only that I do not wish to be punished nor treated with psychiatry. To do that, I need enough money to leave the country, and to stay out of the country, I need the entrepreneurship visa extension.
