Looking for help with PPC Ads & Social media marketing for new business

I recently acquired the assets of a business (ecommerce) that was performing well. I figured that I knew how to do about 90% of the work to get it up and running again, which I have done.I'm an entrepreneur with 3 successful exists under my belt, but I have always been fortunate to hire turn key agencies, or staff internal marketing people to help market my brands. What I have no idea about is the world of PPC ads and social media advertising, which I think is pretty critical for this niche.I thought it would be fairly straight forward to learn, and I think I have the basics down, but I've been trying to wrap my brain around all the myriad way to create audiences and target using PPC. I've looked at Fiverr, posts on r/forhire, and even tried contacting some agencies, but I'm feeling overwhelmed. This is supposed to be a side hustle as I still have a regular job despite COVID19.I guess I'm looking for either some guidance on where to learn, or someone who freelances to come give me a hand with setting up some campaigns, building out social media audiences, etc. Is that something anyone here does? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
