Scaling a small business that involves manufacturing

I am looking for helpful resources or advice on how one goes about scaling a small business that involves creating tangible products.I've got an idea that would involve product creation, basic handyman level skills required. Early research indicates that there's market interest. It's not all fully fleshed out because my immediate thought was scalability and I'm from the web so idk much about tangible products.I can make 2-3 of these things each day and you hear about people starting businesses in their garage but what does one do when the orders come in faster than the one man production team can pick up?
