
Hey everyone. I am in the infant stages of creating a business around my mother's famous coleslaw. However, I have never taken anything food-related to the market before. I was wondering if anyone here has done this before and would be so kind as to provide guidance?My current plan is to get in with local farmer's markets and start growing the brand locally. One thing, and major cost, I'm thinking of is how to keep the coleslaw cold when traveling from market to market and especially on hot summer days. My first thought is a refrigeration unit, but I don't know anything about them. Would it be better to just try and sell to food trucks?Can anyone point me to articles or lend information/advice on how to take something like this to market and possibly what kind of refrigeration units I could utilize?Thanks! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
