Long time lurker. I was absolutely obsessed over the past few years over entrepreneurship and building businesses. Well, I have 1 business in the lawn renovation space that has been growing considerably well (Roughly 40k a year, started last spring). We offer 2 services only, lawn aeration and lawn overseeding. The problem here is that this business is only really active during the spring and the fall (3 months of the year). I have thought of the following potential next steps:Move into lawn fertilizer and renovation services. This is difficult because customers complain ALOT about their fert service providers and there is licensing required.Move into lawn maintenance. This is just a business I do not want to be involved in.Equipment Rental. We have a fleet of about 5 pieces of equipment. 3 stand on aerators, 1 push behind aerator, and 1 power washer. This seems like a difficult business to begin as Home depot has it dominated, at least near meIf anyone has any creative next steps or other ancillary businesses to turn this business into either a larger business or less seasonal business, it would be much appreciated! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
