What can I do to expand a wholesale business?

So my dad and I opened up a wholesale that specializes in convience stores/gas stations about 10 months ago. We've been doing really well so far, gaining new clients and expanding our inventory and employees.We have grown a lot.I work there 6 days a week and get a lot of things done with my time there. The thing is, I feel so useless when it comes to the actual business, as in expanding it by getting new clients, new vendors,etc. I should point out that I'm a 20 year old with social anxiety, so I have only a little business experience being that young, and it would be very tough for me alone to bring in new clients.
