Should I do business with a liquidated company?

I’m currently in talks with a digital agency who will develop my app. However upon inspection of their company, they seem to have liquidated a few years ago. This was reported on the government’s company records.Should this be a warning sign? Or can I still do business with them? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
