Advice for outsourcing social media to cheaper countries whilst protecting downside risk

How to outsource social media to cheaper countries whilst protecting downside risk?I understand there is never "no risk" involved. I'm not asking for a bulletproof solution.I'm asking for suggestions to manage downside risk whilst optimising efficiency and outsourcing capabilities.More specifically:One of my main businesses that I'm currently building (from scratch) includes a heavy social media presence. Unfortunately, this social media presence is mainly happening ona/ Instagram (with most organic reach being IG Reels)b/ TikTokBoth IG Reels and TikTok cannot be scheduled for posting. I could go into a rant over this but let's move on. I cannot scale this business UNLESS I outsource manual posting.Currently I'm finding myself in a position where I want to smash my phone every other day because I'm spending way too much time on manually posting to these platforms. Especially since this part of the business is not generating revenue yet, my other core businesses are, and it's taking away from my other stuff that way.Currently I only see one option:-> give full access to the TikTok and the Instagram accountSince these are none of our established accounts and are new accounts, the risk of losing them is honestly not a big deal. If we lose them, we start over. So I'm not worried about "someone stealing them", right. However, I figured, I mustn't be the only one trying to outsource and scale this sort of operations. And giving 3rd parties full access to accounts seems to be a big risk in my book. Especially if you are running a social media agency managing accounts for OTHER clients. Therefore my question: how do some of you guys approach this? Is there a better, more secure way?Any tips, suggestions? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
