Can TikTok posting and IG Reels be automated? (scheduling options)

TikTok and Instagram Reels (mind you: not regular IG, I'm talking specifically Reels)-> are there any solutions for automated scheduling?Meaning: you prepare the post, plan it, then it's scheduled another day or time WITHOUT manual interference.I've looked far and beyond. All I can find is absolute horsecrap and BS solutions that allow you to "prepare up front" but then require you to take out your phone and still do it manually?Rant: how is this a solution? You are trying to spend LESS time on it? I don't want to manually pull out my darn phone for every one of my post for each one of my 10-20 accounts./rantoverDoes anyone here know of better solutions to automate these aspects?
