Hey everyone, quick backstory, because I would need your opinion on this later :We are an outsourced sales organization, started off in 2018 and we've been in hypergrowth mode in the last 12-18 months (+300%). We've grown from having 15 people in mid 2019 to 120+ people in May of this year. One thing that we were doing when we were still small was a company wide daily meeting, to pump everyone up, welcome and meet any new people and answer any sales/compensation/tech related questions.Everyone would join the call, have a fun chat and we had no issues. We have gotten to a point where most of the older reps are listening to the same things over and over again and most of them hate jumping on the call because it's become a daunting task and just wastes their time and energy off of the actual work afterwards.I'm part of the management team and both partners want to stick with this and include everyone on the daily call without exceptions, even threating to lower the salary for those that miss out multiple times.I want to hear if anyone else on this sub is doing the same or similar thing, have done it in the past, thinking of doing in the future and just general thoughts about maybe even tweaking and improving, etc.. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
