Recos on a solid marketplace builder ?

Hello everyone !I plan on making a marketplace with a strong community around it, I did my roadmap and everything and its okay for me to start with a simple ecom at the beginning as an mvp then move to the marketplace.My question here is what are/is your recommandation about the best marketplace builders ? And do you agree with my stratregy or have any recommandations ? (Please explain why, dont throw takes) and finally, what do you think of using a marketplace builder, i havent seen many posts about the subject.Last but not least, since i am starting on shopify, if i plan on changing to another site builder or hire some devs ect.. can i migrate the system without impacting the seo or i am loosing my (future) ranking ?Thanks for your help ! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
