Need help understanding Commissioned Sales People

Dear Community,I would graciously appreciate any direction from you.I am an entrepreneur and have been hiring commissioned salespeople, but often seem to get these counterfeit yeses. My offer is a 15% commission on deals of 30-50K each, the sales is not relatively hard to close and I pay a draw up front of $600 for every deal. The Sales person should be making a minimum of 8 deals a month which translate to a draw of $4,800 in draw and anywhere from $120K+ in overall commissions. The new hire will go through the training which is roughly 7 hours spread over two days, and then nothing. What am I doing wrong?I myself have been in sales for 30 years and I started out the same way. When I hire I have an interview, I go over the business, the product, I review the commission and training, g over their resume and then either offer them the job, or tell them that I will get back to them, then do with an offer. Please tell me what I am doing incorrectly, see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
