I own a gift shop ecom store. I've branded the store more around me and my teammate. We put our faces on all of our newsletters and transactional emails to give them a personal touch.Yesterday we sent out a promotional email on Father's Day that is coming on June 20.The subject was "{name}, surprise your dad on this Father's Day".I've received lots of negative feedback on that email from those who lost their fathers (especially those who lost theirs in the last 6 months).They're doing negative promotions on FB and IG.How can I fix this? I never thought that this would happen.The promotional email did generate 28% more revenue than the average but at the cost of many negative promotions. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
