For those with day jobs…do you just put in minimum amount of effort not to get fired?

I am sure most here are trying to build up their business so they can work for themselves and leave job.For me, I never really over exert myself at the day job because I would rather put that effort into my business.Gains in business no cap on reward, unlimited potential.Day job…salary, no matter how hard you work you get paid the same. But then again I am working at a level where I probably won’t get promoted. But the promotions are 10% up max. Which is nothing…considering the amount of effort you have to get that.Kind of blows my mind how people try so hard at work to climb totem pole at work for limited gains…obviously I keep this to myself. I’m pretty anti corporate. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
