
I feel like I snack too much lol I'm in decent shape because I workout and I'm generally pretty poised, but when I'm at the desk I tend to choose to let my guard down while telling myself, this is going to inspire creativity, brainstorming and planning power (as it usually does).I'm a regular coffee drinker and that has its inspiring effect, but it doesn't compare to the ideas rushing in while snacking. Because it works for me, I don't ever see myself letting this habit go. I mean, if anyone ever asked me my secret to success, and I didn't say pop tarts and grilled cheese, I think I'd be lying.
