I want to open a store in my area. Help me determine my first steps of groundwork.

I want to set up a craft beer store in my general vicinity, but I don't know where to start really. I know objectively that I will need a location, equipment, glassware, decor, vendors, advertising, accounting, maybe a lawyer; but I don't really know exactly where to start setting those things up. Everything I think of in terms of a place to start feels like there's groundwork to be done or a barrier to entry: Find a location? No one will look at you without money to rent. Talk to vendors about pricing? Until you have a location and equipment, we can't put you on the roster. Maybe I'm overthinking it, but that's really just because I'm lacking direction. What comes first in terms of groundwork? Business plan? Putting out feelers for vendors and locations? Advertising? Just kind of all over the place. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
