Getting customer commitment before MVP?

We are in Blockchain space, but havent developed the product. We got explainer video of our product's capability, and what it can solve, website done. Building/Developing the product requires lots of money even for MVP.However, I was wondering if there's such thing as easy way out- getting customers commitment to our product so that I can be assured that MVP will be utilized knowing there are customers who would use this once done.Question is how to do that?
