Supplier quote "high" shipping charges after I pay the the initial payment

I have an issue with my supplier. It's my first time buying from a company in Europe (Spain, Madrid to be exact) and trying to ship to address in HongKong. My business is not located in HK and my business partner in HK won't be able to do custom clearance or have any brokerage so I was looking for a "door to door" delivery service, so that they can take care of everything and the goods will be delivered to my business partner door in HK.I was told the estimate would be around 2 euro / kg for door to door service, I agreed with that and pay the initial 50% payment. Now they got back to me and quote around 800 euro for 100++ kg of goods (with built in battery) which is more than 300% increase. I asked about this and they told me the 2 euro / kg estimate doesn't include other charges, paperwork, documentation expenses / etc.Since I'm not familiar with Europe company in general, is this a normal rates? Because I've bought goods from US and Japan and the cost is never this high.Anyone has any recommendation on logistics can also PM me. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
