What's the worst business idea you've ever had?

A few years back I tried to launch a "coin counting by mail service". There is a kiosk in most supermarkets where I live called coinstar and they would charge you 15% of your money to count it which I hated. The idea was to ship the coins in an insured, flat rate package and then I would send you a gift card for the amount of your total (I was able to buy gift cards for a 10% to 20% discount).Turns out people had a lot of trust issues with sending an unknown amount of cash to a stranger since there would be no way to verify that I didn't screw them.
