
Hi all,Currently I am looking around for some workflow automation software. In my business I have various tasks that need to be performed, which I'd like to automate step by step. We make lead generation campaigns for retailers.For example when we onboard a new customer it now goes like this:The sales rep creates a handover document for the project management team, with some notes about the campaignThe sales rep creates a Harvest project for time tracking (can be automated)He uploads the contract in our contract management system (can be atuomated)He defines start and end dates for the campaign (bootstrapping can be automated)Project Management creates a Basecamp project (can be automated)Project management schedules a kick of call with the customer (task)and so on..I am looking for some software that allows me to create something like a flow chart for this with automation options. I've looked into Zapier and IFTT, but they are al trigger/action based. This makes it hard to get an overview of the process.I've already looked at KissFlow and some others, but they are expensive or overcomplicated for a small team like ours (5 people). Most of the tools I find are ended to task management/time tracking.I'm a fullstack developer, so I am able to make this myself, but before I do so, I'd like to check if I am not reinventing the wheel.Do you guys now something that is lightweight and easy to use?
