Managing social media for friend... need help!

Background: I (17 y.o.) work as a social media manager for my high school lacrosse team. I recently graduated but I will still be working during college. It’s my first paid job.A friend of mine wanted me to help her start a website for her business (We are both teenagers so money is tight for both of us). I said I can do the website for free since we’re friends. She wants to know if I want to be a business partner but I don’t really want to invest the money I’m using for college for the business.Should I charge for the services I’m providing as a social media manager? And how do I ask her to pay?
