Starting a hotel business - input with do and don'ts?

So I'm in the super early stages of starting a hotel business.I've researched rural spots where I live which have high demand for accomodation during peek season 2-3 month per year. Thus will be catering to tourism rather than business.I've got funding, cheap cost for building (One of the owners runs a construction firm), I'm in contact with the counties who wants hotels in their area.I'm open to any do and don'ts. Even the inevitable "It's not a good idea". Just try and keep the thread from being only"it's a bad idea"-posts see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
