Anyone here familiar with the “CityPass” or “GoPass” business model?

CityPass/GoPass is basically a discount/coupon card for the city that you’re planning on traveling to. This is an online product that You’ll have purchase. Once you buy their discount card online, you’ll have an option to either download the pass to your smart device or have the hard copy sent to you.Once you have this pass you’ll be able to book tours and activities at a discounted rate. The amount you save on bookings will/should cover what you spent on the pass itself and then some more. It’s a great option for people that like to plan and book for their vacation ahead. (I’m not one of those persons, but I know plenty that are)I’d like to start something like that for my city. I understand there’s a lot that will to go into starting something like this especially during these times. But I’m willing to put in the leg work right now and prepare (fingers crossed) for when the tourists start coming back.I’m looking for advice from people that are familiar with this business model. What is the first step in starting something like this?So far I’ve... •created a group for travelers traveling to my city to ask for suggestions and questions regarding their future travels(We’re currently at 4K group members). • purchased my domain/hosting • done keyword research • hired/hiring more content writers for my blogs • got a list of all tour/activity vendors in my city • applied for a business name and EINI’m currently working on... • my website • adding/creating more content to my website • email platform (mail chimp)I understand this probably isn’t the best business model to get into during these times but I have faith, faith that our city will be able to bounce back once travel is allowed again. And when that happens I want to have my own discount card ready to go for travelers traveling to my city. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
