Hello all! I've been lurking here for so long. This sub has helped my team and I get to where we're at...which may be nothing...or maybe it's something?We've taken some side time to create a goal setting website. It's mostly based on our the needs the companies we work for - for now. We've found that it helps when we set solid goals, checkin weekly, and have silly rewards/achievements/etc for fun. It's funny how that weekly checkin helps everyone nudge efforts up a bit.It's free for everyone right now (it will always be free for individuals).
