How to find a non technical cofounder?

I'm a developer, and I made a dating app that I'm now ready to start user testing and perhaps launching in small markets.Except I'm not a marketer, and really have no idea how to do that. I've spent some time trying to bring my marketing skills up, but at this point I rather just get someone who has that expertise. With all that said, i dont know anyone personally who I think could get the project off the ground, so I'm wondering a few things - Where can I find such a person, what are some things I should be aware of when evaluating someone, what should I expect in terms of % split between that person and I, is it a bad move for me to keep more than 50% ownership? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
