Looking to start a mobile IV clinic on the side - Looking for some information

Hi guys,So long story short my sister is a nurse practitioner and is considering starting an IV clinic as she wants to own her own business. However, I suggested maybe starting small with as little overhead as possible and try to do a mobile concept to validate the business idea first.​I'm wondering if anyone has experience in this field or knows more about where I could get some information on how to get this off the ground in IL. From what I've gathered online there doesn't seem to be many restrictions since shes a licensed NP already, but I could be wrong.​Any help would be much appreciated! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
