Making sure business partner is correct?

Hi,A friend who I havent spoken to for ages (think 5 years) has reached out to me saying he has a business idea that could make money and I think he reached out because I was a software engineer at one of the best companies in the world so he must think I have skill. He has approached me and I get the vibe of "I can handle the business side," from him, which is unsettling. The problem is, 5 years is a very long time and before he tells me the idea he wants me to sign an NDA. I also have no knowledge of his skillset except I know he was in marketing/business degree-wise.I am wondering what I should do? Tech/development and execution is the hard part (and the powerful upperhand) and I am wondering if I should even pursue this further instead of finding ideas of my own and implementing them with other devs? I'd only even consider this idea if it was 50/50 equity/profit/etc but at the same time I don't want to be doing all the work since I think handling the business side is quite a bit easier (have done it before for other projects). see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
