Small business advice

Hi!So i'm about to start a small business and i have a question about how to fairly pay my lets say partner, who will be helping me with the business...Basicly i invested all the money for equipment, the shop will be situated at my garage for now and i handle all the customers same as getting new ones...The idea is based on buying used cars, fixing them (if needed) and selling them with the profit.. I also have an investor to help me with first purchases...The thing is, my friend will be doing only the mechanical stuff, where i'm electrician so i will tend to this side of repairs, plus all the bussiness related duties...What do you suggest, would be a fair to pay him from net income? Thanks for the answers! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
