What role would you think founders/entrepreneurs with broad skills could transition well to? I have heard "Product Management" could be good but I am looking for specific experience.Covid is destroying my current 8-year old retail business and I might need to personally hit the eject button and get a job, while I try to make the business coast to better times. I have just enough cash reserves in the business to keep the business afloat and wait for post-covid recovery. However, I am out of personal funds so I need some personal cash flow.Imagine I have done everything including strategy, finance, accounting, marketing, sales, sourcing, manufacturing, HR of 12 employees and I have an MBA from a top 10 school. 2018 and 2019 were ~$1M revenue and $250K operational profit that was mostly reinvested to grow and fend off increasing competition.A HR personal friend at a large company said "Most HR departments will not know what to do with you, even if you have the skills and you would be a good asset to the company. The average HR department will be scared by you. Founders tend to be too independent, work well only in small teams, be impatient to larger company time-scales, be not committed to the company vision and too much of a train and flight risk, etc." Do you find this to be true? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
