Theres lot of youtube channels making amazing content on par with vox.Im curious as to how VOX makes money and retains amazing talent.I know its advertising but how is the financial element structured to allow what im assuming is high cost talent and production?Is a big part of it a glut of film school graduates and actors who cant find a job that VOX is letting compete hunger games style?Are they receiving funding to merely take space in the media zeitgeist to spread business/political agenda when the time is right? creating quirky and interesting videos in the interim? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
