WooCommerce, POS, scale integration and stock sync

Ok, i'll try to be crystal clear. I'm opening a grocery in bulk.That means, people come with empty pots and fill it with our products, like rice, peanuts, even shower gel, lot of things.Aaaand the problem comes.I would like to scale empty pots, put a sticker on, and when people fill it, I just have to scan it and it will remove the empty weight. (the sticker should resist to the washmachine)Also I need my website and physical sells to be sync with the stocks. Shopify could do that, but it's not really a solution to weight based pricing as I can read .To sync everything I thought about putting my stock on one excel sheet, and link it to the website AND the POS software. That was, the excel sheet would be updated by both the website and the POS and would act like a bridge between these 2.​But I don't know if:1 - That's possible2 - What POS and which type of scale and cash register could do that3 - A cash register with an integrated scale would be a must​Someone got the same type of business or know something that could help ?
