Freelance chicken and egg problems

Hey dude, I've been sitting and monitoring threads here for a couple of months now. I myself work in the marketing department of one so far small start-up, this is a freelance platform (yes, I'm also not happy with the originality of the idea). Now we are faced with the problem of how to attract clients and customers. In this situation, one usually gives rise to another, such a chicken and egg problem. We have to hit many audiences at once in different media channels, and our startup is also international! In addition, there is a lot of competition in our area, and the technical imperfection of the platform is very critical for creating the right impression. And we all want the mechanism to finally work with greater power, receive an influx of energy and people. I will not expand on the methods that I am using now, maybe later I will make a post about it. But right now I'm wondering how would you answer this challenge?I come here with my head bowed to the wise men and free listeners, so that perhaps I can get advice, but also give others the opportunity to think about trying to find a new technological solution to this problem.P.S. Here's our startup TalentPowered.Team if you're wondering. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
