To those of you in startups, are you using recruiters (internal or external), or do founders and other leaders spend a decent chunk of time on hiring? The reason I ask is that I'm working on a side-project, and I may need to pivot to a different buyer.I'm aiming to reduce the wasted time and annoyances in the hiring process by matching pre-vetted candidates to jobs that align to their skills, salary expectations, and employer preferences.I'm currently focused on Python developers for remote jobs. They love the idea and have signed up in droves. But corporate recruiters were rather negative on the idea--they felt like it's doing their job for them. So, I'm wondering if targeting team managers in startups would be more fruitful. You can take a look at If Then Job. I just started getting it out into the world, so I would be interested in feedback and suggestions from fellow hustlers. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
