I own a small web development and digital marketing firm that has started to gain traction the past couple of months and we are a bit overwhelmed keeping our projects & finances organized. We have been keeping track of projects just through email, Google docs, physical notebooks & memory which clearly isn’t sustainable as we grow.I’m looking for a software where we can track from first consultation call all the way to finished project as well as invoice, take payments & book keep for tax purposes.I want my team to be able to upload documents, photo & video content, etc. to each individual project because a lot of us work in different states.
