Building a Web app to connect volunteer technologists (designers, programmers, etc.) with non-profits and open-source teams

I have worked as a product designer since 2011. Since then I have volunteered on several projects, but I have always found it a little difficult to find non-profits or open-source teams that needed the help. Sites have always existed to help connect volunteers and non-profits, but I have not found a site that focuses solely on connecting technologists (designers, programmers, project managers, etc.) with non-profits.I recently designed an MVP and began building my Web app, which allows non-profits and open-source teams to post ads for designers, programmers, and project managers (this will be expanded a bit post-launch).
