Is $550 for an Instagram Brand/Account with 100k followers worth it?

I'm looking to buy social media brands and I got an offer for one Instagram brand with 100k followers. for $550 USD. I checked metrics which is 0.8% engagement with a 2k growth monthly. The avg like is 800- 1200 and 12 comments. The only issue is that the brand is in India. My target demographic will eventually be US and Canada. My plan is to coordinate a ton of giveaways and engaging posts to my target demographic till we reach 600k, diluting the current demographic. Is it worth it? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
