Invented A New Product For eSports/Streamers And Need Advice Before Launch

Hi Everyone,I invented a new style of hat that will cater to eSports, streamers, gamers, audiophiles and a whole bunch of other industries.Right now I am working with 3 manufactures on small productions runs to compare the 3 of them on price/quality/timing. My questions to you who are more experienced than me are:If lead times for your product to go from assembly line to warehouse/garage is 8-10 weeks, how much inventory do you typically stock? I am planning a kickstarter at first because depending on my volumes, that can be a big number.Do any of you have experience licensing your patent to companies to resell? What are some rules/things I should take into consideration when discussing the % fee for them?Have you ever run out of stock before? How do you handle situations where you may be out of stock, but customers are lining up?Notes:- I posted my invention here. (I have not disclosed my company name anywhere to comply with the non-advertising rules)- I am currently patent pending.Thank you for your help! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
