How to provide incentive for semi-pro articles for website when on a low budget?

I have have an idea for a reference website, which I think could be fairly interesting for quite a few people. However I'm wondering how to get more content, when on a very low budget. I will be writing a lot of the articles myself. But I'd like to have industry pros (or more likely up-and-coming semi-pros) to weigh in and perhaps contribute with a few articles.I can't pay them very much, so is there another way to create more incentive? I have no intention of becoming a choosing beggar ( r/ChoosingBeggars ) but perhaps there is some form of deal to be made that I've overlooked?
