Figure out a way to streamline thisFigure out a way to take time out to do big picture things - strategy, long term planning - I'm still working on this.Sort out your legal stuff early.Don't use UPS.Read everything you can. Listen to podcasts from people who have done it (mywifequitherjob, mfceo, unofficial shopify, pat flynn and others that offer specific advice). Not the gurus.Whether you should start or not?
