Restaurant owner here, but I think this question applies to most business owners...How do I handle the anxiety from my employees?Meaning, who will call out today, who will come in late? Who will tell me that they cannot work tomorrow?Alcohol is such a culprit where these guys call-out because they're drunk or hungover.
