Hi Folks,I am looking for great books on leadership at tech organizations.Specifically I am interested in books written by the actual practitioners and leaders. I like learning from the perspective you get from the "trenches". I don't prefer books written by observers and journalists about a company. (Although I realize some books are written by or with the help of ghost writers). Here's a list of books that I am working through right now. What else would you recommend or add to it?Who says Elephant can't Dance by Louis V Grestner: https://ift.tt/3A3oLl0 Inc by Ed Catmull: https://ift.tt/2T2xraV the Paranoid Survive by Andrew S.
